STRUCTURE: Framed structure with reinforced cement concrete..

WALLS: Brick masonary wall with cement mortar. In washing areas, glazed tiles are fixed for easy washing.

PLASTERING: 3/4 to 1” thick ness two coats plastering with smooth finish for external and internal walls. External walls are washable snowcem coated and internal walls in core area are painted with Synthetic Enamel paint.

FLOORING: Granite/Epoxy flooring in all core manufacturing areas. Ceramic flooring and polished  shahabad flooring with cement mortar vacuum dewatered cement flooring in other areas.

ROOFING: R.C.C.SLAB

FINISHING: All the sharp corners are coved

VENTILATION:

• Liquid Oral Sections are provided with Air-conditioned Filtered Air System with 0.3 micron  filters with forced ventilation along with proper pressure differentials.

• Tablet sections are provided with Air Handling System with 0.3 micron filter,in addition to Air conditioning and exhaust system.
