  • Industry Veteran: With over 35 years in the Bulk Drug and Pharmaceutical Formulation industry, Mr. Arun Rao brings extensive knowledge and experience to Espi.

  • Strategic Growth Initiatives: As a Director, Mr. Rao spearheads the exploration of new avenues for growth, manages project execution, and resolves technical concerns at the plant level.

  • Strategic Oversight: Joining ESPI in 2015 with an MBA from IIM, Indore, Mr. Dhruv Chadda oversees process optimization, day-to-day plant activities, and drives new business initiatives.

  • Global Exposure: With prior experience at Citi in the Middle East, Mr. Chadda brings a global perspective to his role at Espi.

  • Diversification Specialist: Ms. Akshita Patel Chadda, a Director since 2018, focuses on expanding into non-core/non-pharmaceutical business facets.

  • Business Management Expertise: Her MBA in Family Business Management from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research equips her with strategic insights for business diversification.

    General Manager, Production

  • Decades of Dedication: Joining as a Production Supervisor in 1988, Mr. Rajender Reddy now serves as the GM, Production, overseeing inventory management, production scheduling, and plant maintenance.

    QC Manager

  • Quality Assurance Expert: With 29 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control Analysis and Validation, Mrs. Shakuntala ensures that the highest quality products are consistently manufactured at Espi.

    Q.A. Manager

  • Rapid Ascension: Mrs. B.N. Harisha, with an MSc. in Chemistry, swiftly rose through the ranks from QA supervisor at Espi's erstwhile API unit to now handling the entire QA function at Espi.

  • Quality Advocate: Responsible for upholding quality standards and practices, Mrs. Harisha ensures the independence of the QA department from all other divisions within the plant.
